So, I was dreading going in for my 6 mo. cleaning, but Lisa Schoolcraft always has a way to relax one by just talking. She and the entire staff including DR. HERRON ARE the nicest people around. They will make you feel comfortable and at ease. Very professional at all their positions and I would trust them for any procedures. Especially the placement of crowns, and false teeth, partial, bridge, anything you need done. Thank you. Keith Joseph.
I love Herren Family dentistry. I am so thankful to the entire staff, especially Mary & Dr. Herren. They’ve helped me get my smile back, which has been a nice boost to my self esteem. For years I have struggled with extreme dental anxiety that kept me from getting the proper treatment I needed. Everyone at Herren Family Dentistry made me feel welcomed and cared for, which made me happy to come back to each appointment. I also love that they text your appointments and you can even contact the office via text. I’m horrible on the phone and I love that I can send off a text and not worry about missing a call. If you’re looking for a place to go and get your dental care journey started, this is the place. You will not regret making that appointment. I’m so glad to have my smile back.
HIGHLY recommend! All staff members were friendly, understood and listened to my concerns about my son's dental needs, explained things thoroughly, was quick to schedule an appointment, along with follow ups. My son has has Cystic Fibrosis and medications have took a toll on discoloration of his teeth. We have had him on several waitlists, and struggled with other dentists wanting to help him. We are excited for this journey with Heren Family Denistry in helping him to be confident and keeping his confidence in smiling. I also appreciated that the staff members working close and personal with my son wore masks, as this means alot to me with having a chronically ill child. He also mentioned to siblings how friendly everyone is.
Love Dr. Herren/staff at Herren Family Dental! I have an extensive dental history with several jaw surgeries, multiple rounds of orthodontics, bone/gum grafts, and dental implants due to a car accident. Despite all the challenges I have faced, Dr. Herren/staff always take care of my dentistry needs/coordinate the best care for my orthodontic and periodontic needs! 10/10 do recommend!
