If there were more stars to give I would! I have not been to a dentist for over 20 years and I needed 2 extractions, absolutely thee best experience!!!! I was scared and a lil nervous but Dr. Patel is sooooo comforting and very confident in his work. He also has the best staff. Talk about great customer service they got it!!! I highly HIGHLY recommend HIC Dental!!! Thank you Dr Patel ❤️
I had an appointment yesterday and got stuck in 410 traffic. I called to let them know and was worried it would be cancelled but there was nobody scheduled behind me. I arrived ten minutes late and was seen right away. I got out earlier than anticipated. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen and the whole visit has never been more than an hour, except the first visit because I hadn’t been to a dentist in a couple of years. The last two dentists told me I needed several procedures that I didn’t need. During the first visit I saw the Dentist and he started the procedure before the assistant took over. He was very thorough and informative. The assistants are just as good. After two procedures the health of my gums improved drastically even the area I thought was concerning. HIC Dental has always been up front and honest.
My entire experience at HIC Dental was great. From making my appointment via telephone to meeting receptionist, dental assistant and the dentist. Dr Patel explained everything and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell that office works together as a team because they were assisting each other. I have found my dentist!!!
My overall experience was a 10/10. The office throughout exudes warmth. Upon arriving I was greeted with a friendly smile, follow by the dental assistant, Nala. She was extremely kind and helpful. I also met Brandi, another dental assistant who is charismatict. Like most, I get super anxious coming to the dental office. But this office is different from the many I've been around San Antonio. The office is located above the parking garage... just wait ...THE VIEW into the woods and tree tops, just gorgeous! Floor to ceiling windows & I also saw a few deer passing by. I bring this up because it eased my anxiousness. I felt very relaxed and at ease. My cleaning was done by Norma, she was very pleasant and friendly , follow by exam by Dr. Patel, wonderful person & Doctor. He gave clear and understanding direction of my oral health. Overall he & his staff are knowledgeable, polite and compassionate people. I appreciate this office and can't wait for my next cleaning. If you love personal care, this is a fantastic office.
Excellent experience! I highly recommend this dental office! I appreciate the support Dr. Patel gave me after my bad experiences from previous dental offices. I appreciate how patient and thorough he explained everything. I was also really impressed with the hygienist, Amanda. She was very informative and kind. Both Dr. Patel and Amanda informed me of preventative maintenance that I needed and that was the highlight of my visit. Not offering things that I didn’t need. They both focused on my needs. That being said, the whole staff is amazing! I can’t wait for my next visit!
