From desk to dental chair was an amazing experience. Miss Sarah at the desk was very kind and answered all of my questions about the paperwork and double checked everything. Nurses Mikayla and Lexi made sure I was comfortable and reassuring that everything was going to be fine. They administered the anesthesia and I had absolutely zero pain during the procedure. And Dr Marshall is simply the best dentist in Arkansas. Kind, polite, reassuring and he worked a miracle on my teeth. Highly recommend these guys ❤️❤️❤️
The best place for anything dental! I started my Invisalign journey with Higginbotham in March of 2025 and it went smoothly with no issues. The staff was more than willing to answer any questions I had regarding my Invisalign. They always get me in ASAP when I’m having an issue. Chelsea did my cleaning today and it was such a positive experience! She was so so kind. The whole Invisalign crew is absolutely amazing!

They are kind, patient, and always make sure I’m comfortable and at ease.They truly make the experience pleasant with their professionalism and genuine care. I always have a positive experience here! Chelsey and Callie are extremely nice and make it fun to get your teeth cleaned. The ladies up front have always been helpful when scheduling and with answering any questions I have. Dr. Marshall is always super nice as well. I highly recommend coming to this location!
Callie and Lexi did a phenomenal job with my 4 year old son. She talked him through each step and had a cute movie on for him to watch. She was able to complete his treatment and take images. It’s great to be able to take him and his siblings to the same dentist. He was all smiles afterwards
