I'm a fairly new patient and am so grateful to have found this office. The office is bright, clean, and modern. I can't say enough great things about the staff! Very professional, kind, and provide service unlike anything I've experienced since I worked as a dental assistant in the 80s! 🤣 Dr Ivers is a very good listener and has been more than accommodating, professional, and reassuring. So refreshing to get this kind of service in today's world! Big thanks to all! 😁 IEdited 2/28...I've now had 7 appointments in February and am almost having panic attacks before I go. With the exception of the consult, I have left every appointment with more pain than I went in with. After my initial appointment, I rated as a 5. It has changed to a 1. To be continued...
This team is truly amazing! I had an emergency with severe tooth pain and they were able to see me same day. Everyone was super friendly and professional and the whole environment was very comfortable and welcoming. The assistants and dentist were extremely helpful and understanding, and did everything they could to make me comfortable with the procedure. They well exceeded my expectations all around. Thank you so much High Country Dental!!!!
Been going here for several years and never been disappointed! I have some sensitivity issues with my teeth and they have always been very accommodating and so I've never had any pain at my dental cleanings, which is the best you can really expect!
I'm typically a anxious dental patient, but High Country Dental has changed that. This is not your typical dentist office. Every employee makes it a personal mission to ensure you have a comfortable, painless experience. The receptionists greet you with a genuine smile and hygienists provide gentle but through cleanings. Dr Ivers in particular employs high skill to make sure you are 100% happy with your smile, regardless of how long it takes. I've almost look forward to my visits.
Excellent service, very modernized. They definitely take a great deal of care with assuring a good patient experience. They explained costs and how to use my insurance for additional services I want like a deep cleaning and alignment. Will continue to come here!
