Dr. Naik and his staff are amazing! Everyone is super nice and accommodating. They were able to schedule me in quickly and provide amazing care. I had some extractions and had minimal pain and swelling. Atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. Highly recommend this team for any oral procedures.
I had an excellent experience at High Desert Oral and Facial Surgery on Rojas. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized, calm, and welcoming. Rebeca truly stood out—she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Just recently had my 4 wisdom teeth removed from the new location on Rojas and Eastlake. Everyone, from Dr. Naik, Assistants(bianca&nancy), billing and front desk employees were all very professional, polite, respectful, attentive, and answered all my questions. Everything I needed to know was explained to me before my surgery. The procedure went smoothly and was pain free. I had little to none on the lobby wait time. I highly recommend High Desert and Dr. Naik for anyone needing their wisdom teeth extracted. Thank you everyone from High Desert.
My son had his wisdom teeth removed at High Desert Oral & Facial Surgery recently and had an amazing experience. Rebecca was so kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Dr. Naik was very professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my sons nerves . The procedure went smoothly, and the post-op instructions were thorough and easy to follow. The entire team was friendly and caring. I do not recommend this establishment for tooth extraction. I brought my daughter here to have her wisdom teeth removed. They literally administered the local anesthesia, set the syringe down and began extracting her wisdom teeth without giving the local anesthesia any time at all to do its job. My daughter told them she could feel pain and feel everything. They administered a second dose of local anesthesia, set the syringe down and immediately continued with the extraction.
