Without a doubt, top notch care! I was seen last week to have my wisdom teeth and a molar removed. Being someone who is VERY intimidated by dental work, I arrived and left completely at ease. The staff is beyond kind, knowledgeable and through! The procedure went great and recovery has been comfortable. They provided my husband and I great instructions for aftercare and called a couple days later to check on my progress. They care!
I got my wisdom teeth taken out today by Dr. Davies and he was awesome! So thorough explaining the detail of the procedure. I also want to thank the incredible staff who helped me as well. Sarah was amazing, she put my IV in and was just the absolute coolest lady! I feel terrible that I cannot remember the main woman’s name who stayed with me the entire time, but she was incredible! The kindness she showed me from taking my X-Ray to when I woke up to bringing me to my mom afterwards. So if you’re reading this, thank you! I appreciate how you treated me and handled today more than you know. From front desk - in surgery - post op, I didn’t have one bad experience. I definitely recommend this place! I hope you all have a blessed New Year!
Exceptional care! My son is a D1 athlete and had several concerns about the timing, recovery, and post-surgical care and resumption of training. The staff did a phenomenal job of answering his questions and providing guidance to post-operative workouts. They were easily available to address questions and concerns. Felt like we received the high level of care possible from this office. We have had two children have their teeth removed here and both have recovered beautifully. We would send anyone to this practice with confidence!!
I recently had my four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Davies and coming in, I was so anxious but the whole experience was a million times better than I could have ever imagined. Along with Dr. Davies, Leidy was so comforting and reassured me on every worry I had. I am so grateful that everything went well including the healing process. There was basically no swelling or pain afterwards and many even questioned if I actually had my wisdom teeth taken out. I am incredibly thankful to have found this place and I thank every member at High House!
I had a next day appointment and everything was explained very thoroughly to me from the dentist/doctors. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do local antiseptic, laughing gas or IV Sedation — my anxiety was on 10 and I decided to do IV Sedation. Again everything was explained from what to expect to what they were doing during each step. Before I knew it I was sedated, woke up to getting in my dad’s car and I was done. My after care was explained to me and my caregiver. I was very nervous before coming and when I got there, but Paige (I believe that was her name) helped me and did everything to help my anxiety. She is a real sweetheart and they are blessed to have her in that facility. Even doctor Davies was informative as well. I currently have Medicaid and I’ve experienced being treated less than due to me having government insurance (I assume, bc I’ve also had a more accepted insurance through my employer (blue cross blue shield) & I was treated great) I really appreciate them for treating me with care and respect. Thank you God for allowing this team to take care of me with my procedure. Yall are very appreciated. Thank you!
