l've been going to this establishment for almost two years now, and I absolutely love it. Dr. Drew is amazing—he really takes pride in his work and pays close attention to detail to make sure everything turns out great. His assistant, Jessica, is also very helpful and always helps make the process run smoothly. Amanda at the front desk is wonderful as well; she's always able to get me scheduled for an appointment that works with my busy schedule.
I was really nervous at first but everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Jackie did my cleaning and she was very gentle and ensured I was comfortable with my cleaning. Dr. Larocca was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. He was kind and took his time with my fillings.
I was disappointed when I moved and had to leave my previous dentist. I didn’t want to find a new one because I felt that no one would compare to my last. I researched and found Dr. Patel who had amazing reviews. I gave her a chance at High Point Dentistry and the reviews did not lie. She was empathic, actively listened to my concerns (both about my teeth and starting with a new dentist), and made me feel understood and supported. She even let me vent about the recent passing of my grandfather. During this conversation she was actively engaged, genuine in her responses, and culturally sensitive to the differences in grieving (although this conversation isn’t a part of her job, it speaks to the type of person she is and how she works with her patients). Jessica and the dental hygienist Erika were equally amazing. Both were very easy people to talk to and I felt comfortable with them very quickly. I felt very well taken care of with the staff at High Point Dentistry in Elgin. The facility is also nice and well maintained which is another plus. Five stars!
My son and I had our first cleanings here and we will be returning customers! Loved every single interaction from front desk to exit convo. Dr. Patel and Erica the hygienist are the best!!!!
I had such great experiences here at High Point dentistry Dr. Patel was amazing explaining with details everything that I needed it. the hygienist. Erika was great also explaining everything I needed to know and how to take care of my teeth. The front desk are all so nice.
