Dr.Barrett and his staff saw me for an emergency visit. A tooth with nerve exposure below an older crown was the issue. He was able to prep my tooth and apply a filling on the same day, and worked me in, between his current scheduled patients. Our family have been regular patients/clients at Highland Dental for nearly 10.years. We appreciate the service and professionalism provided, and highly recommend this office for any and all of your dental needs and concerns.

He has a solid crew behind him that truly go above and beyond in patient comfort and care from the moment you walk in the door. His dental hygienist, Lacy, should be called a ‘Gentle’ Hygienist as she makes the dreaded teeth cleaning for some an easy, peaceful experience; friendly, gentle and professional. Dr Barrett is very knowledgeable and honest in his craft. He takes the time with his patients and offers the best care possible in all your dental needs. I having been going to Highland Dental for many years, and even after moving out of the area, have continued to be a patient. At my last visit in June, I was given an appointment card with the December 10th at 10am. On December 4th, I received a text asking me to confirm an appointment on December 18th. I called their office and was informed that I did not have an appointment on the 10th and told them that I could not make it on the 18th. As I live 2 hours away, I had planned on making the trip to the Dentist in Prescott Valley part of a full day of activities. Fortunately, they had a cancellation and they were able to accommodate me at noon on the 10th.
Highland Dental is great! Wonderful staff and the doctor explains things very well and makes you feel comfortable even though you’re getting a procedure that scares you done. He’s also very kind to his assistance and I love that. Highly recommend!!
The employees are very nice and helpful, Brandi did a great job as a Hygienist. Dr Barrett is a great dentist.
