I recently visited Highpoint Dental, and I was truly impressed. The entire office was exceptionally clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, patient, and professional, making the experience comfortable from start to finish. I unfortunately forgot the names of the hygienist and the doctor I saw, but they were both incredibly peaceful, friendly, and reassuring throughout my visit. Their gentle approach and calm demeanor made what could have been a stressful appointment feel surprisingly relaxing. Overall, Highpoint Dental provided a wonderfully positive and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care in a warm, clean environment. The Hygienist had glasses on, had dinasours and cars on a little stand with pictures of her kids. If you see her treat her WELL!
I had a great experience at this dental office! The location is very convenient, which made scheduling and getting there easy. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Chrystal, the receptionist, who has the most beautiful smile and made me feel instantly at ease. She was friendly, warm, and truly welcoming. The hygienist, Aylin, was equally wonderful—she took the time to explain everything she was doing, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. You can really tell this is a team that cares about their patients. Friendly staff, great communication, and a welcoming atmosphere—I highly recommend this office!
