I have been so impressed with the entire office. From the moment you walk in, the team is friendly, organized, and genuinely kind. The space is comfortable and welcoming, and you can tell they care about creating a positive experience for their patients. I recently started Invisalign treatment, and everything has been clearly explained and thoughtfully planned. I feel confident in the process and appreciate the attention to detail throughout. I’ve had 3 visits to this office, and every time has been a very positive experience. In my first appointment with Dr. Powell, he was very thorough and took his time explaining things. In my cleaning today with Jessie, she was very pleasant, checked in routinely to make sure I was comfortable, and gave an excellent cleaning. I am very confident in their work and knowledge, and appreciate just how friendly everyone is everytime. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who asked.
If you're a nervous patient and maybe afraid of pain, please consider Highwood Dental Studio. I am so very glad I was able to see Dr. Powell. I had an emergency visit this morning and, without exception, every single person in the office was very kind and entirely professional. Equally if not more important to me, they all seemed to effortlessly calm my considerable anxiety. Dr. Powell is very nice and informative. I was able to get treated same day and this is much appreciated.
This was a great dentist experience! Dr. Powell was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and his reasoning more than any other dentist I have ever seen. He was even able to do a quick filling for me on my first visit. Highly recommend!
