Everyone here is so nice! I had a hiccup with my insurance and they were so patient with me. Everything was very clean! The hygienist did a really good job at explaining everything as she was working. I felt like this doctor took his time during the examination compared to other doctors I’ve seen in the past that rushed through the appointment. I’ll definitely be back!
I came to Dr Hill for a second opinion when things weren’t adding up at another dentist’s office. The staff were very respectful, and I was impressed with Dr Hill’s integrity as he walked me through the other doc’s treatment plan versus what he saw in my mouth. Dr Hill saved me from dental work that didn’t actually need doing, and was great about the whole thing. What a breath of fresh air! Thanks again to the whole team.
Hill Family Dental is great! They were so quick to get me in for a filling. The staff is so kind and personable. Dr. Hill is great at explaining his procedures and so welcoming.
It was the most horrible experience and I've never had a bad experience at a dentist. I left crying.... first apt. He was fairly rude and didn't talk to me AI all, my husband was trying to be nice but we left not feeling That positive but I thought I'll just get this tooth fixed and find another..2nd apt. Went in and the totals with insurance they showed us the first apt all of a sudden she said might change from $450 to $1200 "MAYBE" and it might take a month to find out if they'll pay?? i Said "then I'll have to wait to make sure they do pay before going ahead with this" right then she got mad, the old lady at the front That always talks over you. Said well then you'll have to leave and not have your apt today. OK but they paid for it the first time, & do you think it will take a month? "Well I don't know it might or not" just very rude. But helpful At all but mad at me once I said I might have to wait..I said "I dont think it's going to work coming here then" back office coming up saying "we can hear you" will yeah your receptionist is getting mad at me for no reason.. when I left I said "you have been very rude and all over because I said I would have to wait to make sure insurance paid first, after the totals said They would the first time??? " I've never had s issue with any dentist and the dentist not friendly, at least to me and that was before the disagreement. Then in the mail I got charged for $70 for the visit site said "well then your can't go back today and well cancel" but then charged me anyway.... it's crazy how dysfunctional That office is and I left crying from the shock of being treated so bad. Truly over nothing but insurance coverage that I have a right to say I need to wait... GO AT YOUR OWN RISK...
Hill Family Dental does a wonderful job! Pam, who is at the front desk, is so kind and pleasant to work with and everyone is very accommodating and helpful. Dr. Hill does a great job and is honest and trustworthy! Would recommend to anyone in need of a great dentist.
