I required immediate dental care and my primary concern was whether my Delta Dental insurance would be accepted. I was pleased to confirm that it was. My experience, from the initial phone call with Andi, was exceptional. She promptly scheduled my appointment for the following morning and immediately sent the necessary paperwork for me to complete in advance, ensuring a stress-free arrival. Upon my arrival, I was greeted warmly by the entire staff. After checking in, I was promptly attended to by Madi, who provided a very comfortable and thorough experience. The dentist then performed the procedure efficiently. The team demonstrated excellent communication and collaboration throughout my visit. My departure was also handled with exceptional professionalism. Hillcrest Dental delivered outstanding service. While Andi and Madi provided excellent care, I am confident that any staff member at this practice would offer the same high level of service. Thank you Hillcrest Dental ❤️
Everyone at Hillcrest has been very welcoming and accommodating. I walked in nervous, in pain, and incredibly worried. The staff in the front welcomed me warmly and remembered who I was for future appointments. They kept me informed on my insurance, the estimated costs, any reasons for concern and future scheduling. They decorate their space for holidays and all staff seem to work as unit. Destiny and Dr. Darwin are professional, easy to talk to, and check in on how you’re doing during operations frequently. I highly recommend this dental office.
Okay just left here for my deep cleaning appointment and out all of my 49 years this by far was the best experience I've ever had. My dentist Michelle ensured I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She's awesome and very caring. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. Then you have Andi at the front desk that kept me up to date on my appointments and help me reschedule several times. If I sent a text or called she was communicating with me to find a time that would work with my crazy schedule. Everyone seems so awesome like a family atmosphere. So, if youre looking for a great Dentist office with an awesome atmosphere dont be afraid to check them out. Oh yeah and i love how they have a tv on the ceiling hat i can watch while getting my teeth cleaned. It took my mind away on the procedure too! The earned a customer for life!!
Jordie did an amazing job recommending me to this dentist office. They take great care of me. Everyone is so kind and the front desk always greets me with a smile and always makes me laugh. Kait cleans me up real good. Dr. O takes great care of me. He is an honest and exceptional dentist. Everyone here is amazing.
As a new patient to Hillcrest Dental in Clarksville, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was searching for a new dentist as I wasn’t happy with my current dentist for a number of reasons. I just happened to receive a mail piece highlighting Hillcrest so I thought I’d give them a try. I couldn’t be more happy with the care I’ve received so far. From the initial transfer of offices, Andi, the receptionist/billing person handled the transfer of records from my old dentist office and set me up with a next day appointment. On the day of my appointment, Andi greeted me as I arrived and explained next steps. My appointment started with an awesome cleaning by Madi. Madi was fantastic, explained everything she was doing, and the treatment that she provided was unlike any appointment I had in my entire life. She was so gentle, just an effortless cleaning, with absolutely no pain. Next I needed to get a tooth fixed and I was moved over to be seen by Natalie and Dr. O. They explained what needed to be done and again everything went smoothly with absolutely no pain. I’ve been to many different dentist offices in my 59 years, never have I been treated so well. Hillcrest has state of the art equipment which made the visit go by so quickly. I can’t recommend Hillcrest Dental enough, if you want Awesome dental care, this is the place to go!!!
