I have been a patient of Hillcrest Dental for several years. They have friendly, casual-professional staff at the front desk and at checkout. I have never had to wait long once I check in and the one time they were running behind, they let me know and gave me an explanation. Dr. Jones is very empathetic, kind, and professional with a wealth of dental knowledge. The bonus for using Hillcrest Dental is the extended hours from most dental offices which makes it so convenient to find a day and time that works with my own work hours and my son did not have to miss classes. I highly recommend Hillcrest Dental!
Dr. Jones is fantastic! I’m terrified of needles and she does everything possible to make sure I’m comfortable and the pain is minimal. Her staff is fantastic too! They truly care about you, your experience and their work. I can’t recommend them enough! I absolutely love them and anyone that goes there is lucky to have such wonderful people that care about you. Thank you Dr. Jones and your staff for caring!!!
I had a great experience with Stephanie and Maddie. Stephanie was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire cleaning. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which really put me at ease. Maddie was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and very helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. Together they created a welcoming and professional environment that made the visit much more pleasant than a typical dental appointment. Stephanie’s attention to detail and genuine care for her patients really stood out. My teeth felt amazing after the cleaning.
This office is beautiful! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with amenities such as a coffee/tea bar, infused water, and Botox. Wait times are excellent, no excessive waiting. The staff is terrific, always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve come here for 10 years, have had a lot of work done, and will not trust another dental practice to offer the exceptional care I receive at Hillcrest Dental.
First dental experience in a long time. And this place is so nice. From the decor to the people. Dental assistant was great and patient. Also Kyra at the front desk took great care of me. She comes off as a person who loves people and it reflects in her demeanor and kind words. She made me feel at ease being my first time at a dental place in awhile. Thank you Hillcrest.
