The VA sent me to this location to get my dental work done. It is the first time I have been here and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in the place was beautiful nicely kept and crisp been clean. The staff at the front table were all smiles, joyful, and helpful. Checking in was quick and flawless. Once I turned in my paperwork, they got me to the back within 5 minutes. The lady who took me to my room was kind, respectful, and got all my needs taken care of, and got me ready for the dental hygienist. Lila Tumbapo was my dental hygienist who cleaned and polished my teeth. He was very thorough, gentle and kind. There was never any pain or pressure. Once he was done Dr. Cory Thompson came and saw me and was very kind and respectful. He answered all my questions that I had. He was also very gentle with checking my teeth. It was a very wonderful experience and I will definitely go back there again. They were timely, precise, and thorough.
We are from Northern Mn vacationing and my crown came loose. Made one phone call and they took me in the next day! Very friendly and made me feel comfortable with a new dentist. Receptionists were great! Billed my insurance company for me. The dentist was very professional and skilled. Took care of my tooth. No problems. Quick and easy!
I love Hillrise Dental! This was the first dental office I went to when I moved to Las Cruces. The office staff is very friendly and they make you feel welcome. The Doctors are fantastic as are the hygienists. I will never change from Hillrise even though I moved away!
They tried to get me in super quick when they had a cancellation, but I couldn’t make it. The appointment went great. They communicated what they would be doing and gave me updates throughout. They were all very courteous and professional. The doctor and his assistant worked really well together and I was out of there much quicker than I expected. Thank you so much!
Dr. Barbra and her team were amazing! Highly recommend getting your teeth cleaned by them. They were attentive, knowledgeable and professional.
