I havent even had an actual dental work done yet and I'm already giving Hobson Dental Group 5 stars!!! It was my first visit today, and I immediately received a friendly greeting from the girls at the front desk. And when I was called back by the dental assistant I was given a very calming and warm welcome. The dental assistant that took all my x-rays and pictures of my teeth was super sweet and easy to talk to, I was able to joke with her no problem. (I dont for the life of me remember her name, but I'm sure the right people can see my name and look up who she was in my chart and give her some praise!) Then Dr Hobson came in and was very nice, friendly, professional yet personable. Super cool dude in my opinion! He explained things to me in terms I understood, took the time to answer all of my questions. Never once seemed like he was in a hurry to move onto the next patient. And best of all, reassured me that they would do whatever I needed to make me comfortable during any and all procedures and even just cleanings. That alone was very reassuring because I tend to have flash backs of what dental procedures were like when I was a kid. I can't say that I am "looking forward" to any potential dental procedures I may need, but I will say that I am confident that I chose the right dental office!!
I went here when it was under the previous doctor and then after Dr. Hobson bought the practice. I trust what they say is wrong and have found the work to be excellent! Dr. Hobson is very kind and efficient. I have always received the best care here and love the staff as well. The front desk staff helped me get an issue with my insurance sorted out, which saved me a lot of anxiety. Speaking of staff - the assistant (not sure of the professional title) named Ivy is wonderful. Once under the previous doctor, my crown fell onto the back of my throat and I swallowed it. Well, I was on a budget and terrified I’d have to pay for it or um, you know, so I vomited it back into my hands. The doctor (NOT Dr. Hobson) just stared at what happened but Ivy came over and fished it out of my soupy hands. If that sounded disgusting, imagine the poise and professionalism she exhibited by handling that situation perfectly. I have no doubt Dr. Hobson would have assisted as well (but he didn’t own the practice yet). Ivy, if you’re still there, big shout out to you.
Dr Hobson and his entire staff is always so friendly, informative, and knowledgeable! They have the patients best interest at heart. Even when our insurance changed, we opted to stay and pay more because of the care we receive. They have great affordable plans that work with you as well! 10/10 would recommend!
Kyle is a master at his craft, truly an amazing dentist I’m so glad I chose his dentistry, the staff are kind and welcoming, and I even ended up between jobs and they worked with me when I couldn’t make my regular payments. Highly recommend this dentist. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with any doctor or dentist. Down to earth treats you like a human and is actually concerned with how your teeth and health are.
This was my first visit with the Hobson Dental Group. I moved from another dentist in another state after 26 years. I was very surprised to find a dentist, hygienist, and staff that were so professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I didn't feel any pain and the cleaning was thorough and one of the best I've ever received. The office staff was friendly from the moment I walked in. I felt extremely comfortable with everyone. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my experience.
