Dr. Bryan Hoertdoerfer, known to his patients as Dr. H, is a graduate of S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and later served as an adjunct clinical professor. He completed his General Practice Residency at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. He also graduated from Boston University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Biology. Dr. H & his team love to change lives by offering new technology in dentistry and helping the community. My family and I have been going to Dr Hoertdoerfer since he purchased the practice. The entire staff is very courteous and kind. Jamie is our regular hygienist and she does an outstanding job as well as being very friendly I recently had a new crown put in and the entire procedure was painless . Kelly, Dr H's assistant is very nice and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr H himself is very friendly and an outstanding dentist. The waiting room is very nice, almost like being in a really nice study. They are always on time so you don't get to spend much time relaxing. In my 56 years this is the best dental practice I have been to and would highly recommend them.
My absolute most favorite appointment to go to! I wish my insurance allowed me 4 visits a year. Dr. H and all his staff are wonderful and very kind. Mandy is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She’s very thorough and is so particular to make she’s gets your teeth perfectly cleaned. My teeth are squeaky clean every time I leave I can’t wait to go back! Highly, highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.
I've had 2 cleanings now with Mandy and she has been absolutely wonderful! The office is super clean and everyone is friendly and smiling. Dr. H is really great about explaining everything in detail and helping weigh out any options too. I'm so glad I picked them as my dental office. My boyfriend now goes there as well and has been very impressed too.
I have been going to this office location my whole life. (3 different dentists) I have had Mandy as my hygienist for the past 10 or 15 years. I would go every week to see her if they let me! I am very thankful for such a great office to take care of my teeth! Looking forward to bringing my almost 2 year old soon so she can meet them and know the dentist is an important part of her routine! I have been a patient of Dr. Hoertdoerfer since he took over the practice years ago. The service level is top notch. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and the overall atmosphere is great. From the modernized waiting room, to the top notch dentistry. During the time of Covid, I felt more than safe during my appointment. They had all the safety precautions in place not only for the patients, but also for their staff. If you are looking for dentistry practice, I would highly recommend them.
