Dr Michelle did some work on my son and I have to say she is the BEST!!! Calm manner expert dental work and just look at her background !!! Would NEVER go anyplace else!!!! My 15yo son (new patient) went for a procedure. From the moment we stepped into the office we found the service to be top notch and very professional, from the office staff, assistant to Dr Holzinger as well as Dr Holzinger herself. The entire experience was very pleasant, professional and knowledgable from everyone at this practice in her Middletown, CT office. My son was a little nervous and she made it very comfortable and at ease for him. She's very personable and highly enjoys what she does. Highly recommend her services for any periodiontal work! I've visited Holzinger Periodontics & Implant Dentistry twice over the past year. The office is immaculate, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They put me at ease and guided me through the entire appointment process. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. Both Dr. Michele and Dr. John were extremely professional, friendly, and kind. They found a problem that needed fixing and explained everything in detail, putting my mind at ease. They even called me later that night to check up on me! I've also had a few cleaning appointments there. The hygienists were all super friendly and good! I recommend this practice to everyone in the Middletown and New Britain area!
I recently needed a periodontic procedure and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. John Holzinger D.M.D. He and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, competent. and humble. From the consultation to the after-care; I was in exceptional hands. Everything was explained in laymen terms. All questions were answered. The staff had all insurance, co-insurance and payment options spelled out. No worries. I even received a call the evening of my procedure form Dr. Holzinger to ensure everything was as expected. I also had clear post procedure instructions, as well as phone numbers if needed. I would recommend Dr. Holzinger and his staff to anyone needing periodontic/implant dentistry.
