All of the staff starting at reception are super. Dre, assisting the doctor, explains everything that is going on and is very good at what she does, and she does it all! Lynette did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and is super nice. Doctor Hooper is very good, very gentle and has a kind chairside manner. I have had a lot of dental work and am quite fussy about the treatment I receive. I give these folks top high marks.
Hooper dental has a wonderful atmosphere, clean facility and a staff that really goes out of there way to make you feel comfortable during non desirable procedures. I hadn’t been to a dentist in way too long because of bad experience but everyone at Hooper really made my experience great. My husband has trouble getting all the way numb for dental work but the crew took special care of him making sure he was all the way numb. Top notch service from a crew that works together like a family!
Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant. I especially appreciated a real exam by Dr. Hooper .If it's possible to enjoy going to the dentist, I did on this visit. Would highly recommend!
The staff is outstanding! The feel of everyone’s hometown dentist for sure and the professionalism is outstanding. Just while siting in the waiting room the sassy that comes from patients is just well nerve racking but the staff was super accommodating which shows their dedication to providing and excellent experience for all. Dr. Hooper is absolutely amazing. He’s kind, courteous, and genuinely cares about his patients. You can feel his confidence and sincerity the moment you meet him, and it immediately puts you at ease. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and precise in his work — you can tell he takes great pride in doing things right. His staff is just as wonderful. They treat you like you truly matter, not just another appointment on the schedule. Every visit feels personal, comfortable, and professional from start to finish. Honestly, Dr. Hooper and his team set the example for how every medical office should operate — not just dental clinics. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care are on a whole different level. I can’t thank them enough for the way they take care of their patients.
