Got my aunt in quickly, saw her on time, squeezed in a cleaning as well. Evaluated her thoroughly. Very nice, professional staff. Immediately found an oral surgeon to see her just 6 days later, and made the appointment (not only referral, but actually scheduled her visit). Great office, great people.
Nice office and welcoming staff. Short wait for my appointment Brooklyn made fast work getting a full set of x-rays of my dental status. Dr. Bingham reviewed this with me in person and was very informative. He also described the possible next steps to correct a current dental problem for me. Jim, the hygienist, measured my gums and gave me a description of the dental cleaning he would do on my next visit. Before I left, the front desk scheduled my next appointment for teeth cleaning and gave me a clear statement of the costs for the two choices to treat the cavity on one of my teeth. It was a great visit. Thank you.
Horizon bought out Dr. L. Green's practice last year. I am underwhelmed by the office "efficiency". I called for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy the day before our appt. Still waiting... The office is ill informed as to what they can offer instead, whether amyocclin is available. They canceled my appt. that was made 6 months ago, but kept my husband's appt. for the same day, and then claimed I canceled? They appear to call first for information then check their computers for the answer while on the phone. Maybe a large learning curve with them. Not impressed.
Dusty at the front desk is wonderful. She is a huge asset to this office, efficient and knowledgeable. I’ve been extremely happy with my overall experiences here. People struggle with finding a Dentist they are happy with in Prescott, please, give them a try!
Not happy with everything,first they say one thing ,then they say another,the staff & dentist is so unfair.then they grade you on how much you speak,who does that.S.M.H. so much for going in for a tooth filling ...i.know I'll find a better Dental office,waist of my time for sure .
