Dr. James is the best dentist. He is so friendly and nice. He is very concerned about his patients. He explores all options with you. Dr. James puts me at ease and I am not the least concerned about my dental treatment because I know he will do the best work possible on my teeth. His staff on Fox Street are a great team. I will continue to follow Dr. James. My best wishes for much success for his office on Fox Street in Poughkeepsie. If you have not visited this office, give it a try.
The minute you walk through the office door you will experience a sense of calm. The staff is friendly, helpful and full of pleasantries. The dentist listens and is professionally honest. After being with a former dentist for 40 plus years, I think my family and I have FINALLY found a dentist office that we can check all the BEST boxes for!!
One of my teeth became chipped. I called Dr. James' office in the morning, and I was able to be seen that afternoon. Dr. James filed down the tooth so that it no longer irritated my cheek. The process was swift, the doctor very competent, and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. The staff members are always courteous and personable and professional. The office is very clean and very modern. I had come to the office previously for cleaning and routine care, and this was the first time I needed emergency care. I recommend this dentist highly and without reservation.
An amazing experience from start to finish!! The office is absolutely beautiful, and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly courteous! Bre, (the dental assistant) was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Leon was just as fantastic and knowledgeable! I’ve found my permanent dentist! Highly recommend!
This dentist's office is amazing! I was very nervous going and they calmed me down and we made a plan and they took very good care of me. Would definitely recommend them for any dental work needed. The doctor and the staff are great!
