I’m am not a fan of dental procedures after having a horrific experience many years ago. I have to say the experience with Dr. Bitmore was outstanding!! I can’t rave enough about his bedside manner, willingness to answer questions, offered suggestions and clearly explained the procedure of removing an impacted wisdom tooth out of a 68 yr old mouth. His office was calming, bright and very organized. The procedure was shorter than expected and I’ve had very little discomfort. I would give him and his office 20 stars if I could! Their entire staff is enjoyable, courteous, very organized and positive, which I’ve found to be VERY unusual with others in this field. I couldn’t recommend them more highly,! Oh yes, when I called to to explain the pain I was in, they respectfully got me in quickly, all around EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! A sincere thanks!

The staff were kind and friendly and Dr. Bitner was very knowledgeable and calming. He was friendly and interactive with my son who was nervous about the surgery. That helped him to relax! The procedure went great and healing was smooth. We had a question after surgery and Dr. Bitner was easy to reach, attentive, and patient! We will be back for our other kids!

DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL! My fiance had dental surgery for a broken molar that was abcessing. We explained he doesnt metabolize medicines that knock you out normally AND HE WAKES UP IN THE MIDDLE OF SURGERY. Pain meds also don't work on him. We explained and explained and right BEFORE the procedure we explained again and he was so scared they were dismissing it he wanted me to stay with him but they said i could not. I argued i wanted to stay with him and would gown up if needed but he didnt want me to leave him. He had the procedure which took much longer then they said it would, 3 hours almost, I started to get concerned. They said he was done and I went to get the car and taken it around back like they told me to and when I went in the back to pick him up he was COVERED IN HIS OWN BLOOD it was all over his pants and shirt and face and I was appalled. HE WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF SURGERY AND thw doctor and nurse said they had to scramble and he TRIED TO PULL HIS IV OUT AND THEY CUT HIS MOUTH and had to continue working fast with torn open gloves AND INSIDE CHEEK WIDE OPEN AND HAD TO STITCH IT SHUT!!! *AFTER his recovery from that he was experiencing alot of gas and upset stomach and dropped 30 lbs in 3months. After several urgent care visits and then ER visit he was positive for H.Pylori!! The ER doc stated most likely the people got him sick from dirty tools or hands in his mouth!!! Never go here!!! Period

My college daughter was anxious about getting her wisdom teeth pulled after hearing lots of horror stories from her friends. She was super nervous about the possibility of having to miss classes and worried she would look like a chipmunk for days after. On top of all that, she is afraid of needles and getting her blood drawn so she was very worried to say the least. Dr. Bitner was amazing though!! He was very thorough with explaining the procedure and the instructions for post operation. He strategically helped her feel calm and distracted her while giving her the I.V. and was even the first to poke her with a needle and not have her pass out or vomit! He was so quick too! And my daughter not only didn’t miss a day of school, her swelling was minimal and she was even up for going out friends that same night. 100% will go to Dr. Bitner for all my other kids. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

I have had nothing but problems with Dr Hopkins and his office. He removed all four of my impacted wisdom teeth a year ago. For months I had severe nerve pain that he did nothing about and told me should go away. After a few months yes it did go away! And over the last year I've called his office probably four times to let them know that I've pulled big pieces of tooth fragment out of my socket. Each time I called the office staff said oh it's fine it's normal. Well now I have an abscess and I can't eat I can't smile it hurts to talk! I called his office and they informed me that I would be paying $150 out of pocket for an x-ray to check and see if HE left any pieces behind. So I have to pay for an x-ray for his awful work?! I'm so upset I'm going to be down $150 and I still can't eat! Absolutely horrible experience here and I would not recommend anybody to go there! He only cares about the money not the patient! I REGRET PICKING THE SURGEON TO DO MY SURGERY!
