Dr Flora and his whole staff was a blessing to our father Nick Nixon 93yrs old, he was having so much trouble with his dentures and wanted to get implants as his daughters we were leery. We saw De Alex on TV and he talked about implants and we called and made an appointment to see if he was a candidate! We meet with Regina and she went through Dads options and we went forward with a plan, Dad had some struggles through the process but Dr Flora and ASHLEY were a team, they reasured him with each appointment they were so caring when Dad was having any pain they took him in on two different emergency calls and made sure he was ok!!! The whole Staff at Ideal Dental are an awesome group!, but a special Thanks to Dr Alex and Ashley for the compassionate care, they are outstanding!!!
I love everyone at this place; from the dentist to hygienists to the receptionist. They're all professional and friendly and the cash discount fits my budget. I have horrible anxiety and they're always so patient and kind with me, when I need any procedure done. They help me get out of my head and allow me breaks and the empathy I need to get through the appt. I'm truly grateful for their services and I'll never switch from them. They're the best! Plus I always get a free toy when I have my cleanings. 😆
Always a pleasure getting my teeth cleaned at Ideal Dental. Heather is the best…so thorough and painless. Dr. Flora is amazing at keeping my teeth healthy and comfortable. The office is warm and welcoming.
The experience was awesome and lots of fun. The girls were fun and very experienced. I loved the staff most of all. Dr. Alex was a great person. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident
As always, Dr. Flora and his team treat and take care of their patients with the utmost care. Dr. Flora really takes care of his patients. He's quick to take you when an emergency arises. Going to the dentist can be enjoyable 😉 He gave me something to smile about...my teeth 😬
