This is the very best dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Everyone in that office is very friendly, kind, patient, caring and supportive. I’m not particularly fond of going for dental appointments, but this staff has made a huge difference in my mindset. Thank you Dr. Burnham to you and your wonderful team!
This provider is truly a professional and caring office of dentistry. They keep a close watch on any trouble areas that could be developing in your teeth and gums, and they ask the appropriate questions regarding your status or concerns. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and sincere. They seem to be committed to providing the best service possible. I've been a patient here for four years, and I plan on staying here for life.
Best dental practice I’ve been to since I was a kid! I had to get a crown put in for a tooth that broke the other day and they got me in right away and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. My hygienist Sari was SO nice and supportive, she made the experience a million times better than it could have been. My dentist Dr. Burnham was so sweet and very experienced. I felt like I was in great hands and considering the type of procedure I needed done, they made it the best experience I could have had. Highly recommend and am so grateful I found them. Yesterday was the first time ever in the office, it’s a very nice and clean. The staff are all amazing as well. They greet you as soon as you walk in and are willing to help and assist with anything you may need. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I look forward to my future appointments with Dr. Burnham & staff. I am a patient with no insurance and this office was great to work with, they offer an in house plan for dental cleaning, after calling around and checking prices when they told me about their in house plan I was sold. Thank Ideal Dental staff for an amazing visit. 😁
The entire staff was very courteous and friendly. Their professional ism, knowledge is exceptionally outstanding. They treat you like family when you walk in the office. They take the time to explain your procedure through the whole process. If you are looking for a family dentist, I would highly recommend Ideal Family Dental. I'm glad I did .
