I began my journey with Dr. Yanis in June 2024, and I’ll be candid — it did not start off seamlessly. I came in with pre-existing complexities, and we encountered a series of complications that resulted in significant discomfort. It was not a simple case. What defines this experience for me, however, is not the challenge — it is how Dr. Yanis responded to it. Time and again, he went above and beyond to make things right. He was attentive, accountable, and unwavering in his commitment to my care. Not once did I feel like I was intruding or asking for too much. I felt seen, heard, and prioritized. The entire team reflects that same level of professionalism and warmth. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming, the clinic is immaculate, and my experience with the hygienist, Inga was equally exceptional — gentle, thorough, and caring. Integrity reveals itself most clearly when things aren’t perfect — and in that regard, this practice truly shines and I am so happy to find my forever Dentist 🙏
Today marked my second official appointment with I.dentical. My initial visit was satisfactory, but I sought a follow-up to determine if I wished to continue with their services. Following today's appointment, I genuinely feel that I.dentical is the ideal dental practice for me. The staff is feiendly and fun to talk too. My dental hygienist, Mike, possessed a very warm and comforting demeanor. Despite my aversion to dental tools, he ensured my cleaning was exceptionally gentle, swift, and thorough. He addressed all my questions and concerns. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Sasha today, for a pre exam. She was very attentive and friendly. They delivered my dental care with professionalism and genuine care.
Everyone at identical is always such a pleasure to work with! Inga is the best tech. Thoughtful, thorough, yet so patient with my sensitivities. Always an enjoyable and quick visit. Would recommend to any friend!
Everyone is so sweet and kind here! They do a great job and I’m always very comfortable! Inga is the best hygienist and is always very gentle with cleanings providing clear pointers on how to improve dental hygiene!
They make the process so easy. Inga is amazing and I look forward to my cleanings now! The staff have all been friendly, the office is clean and easily accessible and the provide clear and direct information on how i can improve my oral health. Very happy!
