My daughter was in their office at 7:15am to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed...they had her in my car by 7:55am...went to the pharmacy but they wasn't open yet...so went home. Got home by 8:10am. Had my son come out to help me get her into the house safely. While I was getting her comfortable she cried out in pain when I grabbed her arm. I raised up her shirt and there was a tourniquet still tied on her arm above her bicep. I removed it immediately, went to put the icepack in the freezer....only 1 ice pack in the to go bag they handed me....not sure which jaw you need to use a icepack on when there's 1 hole in each jaw. After removing her gauze from her moth I quickly realized that they didn't send me home with nearly enough gauze. I had to return back to them to get another ice pack and more gauze...and of course I told them about the tourniquet...to which I only got a very simple "sorry"... she showed absolutely zero sincerity to it...the pharmacy being closed didn't help either with my aggravation...but they could've made things much better if they would remove the tourniquet once the IV was put in...it's hard to get the drugs administered when your still tied off....and they could also head off the aggravation if they would have the required meds ready at the customers pharmacy so it's not a huge ordeal while your trying to make your loved ones comfortable.
Kelly was very nice at the front desk ! She was extremely helpful getting my appointment set up. Saturday the staff was very kind and informative ! Got my wisdom teeth out. everything was a breeze
We were greeted with a very professional receptionist that was very thorough in explaining everything from insurance and what to do post surgery. She also Provided us with a packet with instructions for day of surgery and prescriptions. The staff who took care of my daughter were very polite and answered all of our questions very thorough and on a professional level.
Everyone was very nice. Our only complaints would be they didn’t contact us with their price after insurance so we would know what this was going to cost until the day before the scheduled procedure. We also had been told the Dentist would contact us the evening of the surgery to check on Gilbert but no one contacted us.
Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and so was the other staff members I wish someone would have told me not to ear after midnight. I did experience more bleeding after this visit than others.
