I had a good experience. The nurse & assistant I had were very courteous. Once the Dr. came in, introduce himself, told me what he was going to do, & before I knew it I was up & out! 😂😂😂 I'll be back to get my other wisdom tooth pulled. I have little to no swelling, & barely any pain. The bleeding didn't take long to stop the same day. Thank y'all!
My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed; it took about an hour. There was no complications and the whole process ran like a well oiled machine. There were no unnecessary visits or consults before hand; they received my sons dental records from our family dentist, then created a plan, contacted my insurance to determine my cost share, and executed that plan with precision. It took about a month from request to execution.
I was worried to be put under at my age (73). But they calmed me and went to sleep Woke up all was over. Very little pain. I would recommend them to everyone Thank you for such a great experience Carla Grange
We took our grandson here for X-rays to see what can be done with a tooth. We was treated like we'd been going for years. The lady at the front desk met us with a smile. After the X-ray we was told we'd hear back in a few days. Y'all give them a try.
Appointment for my son was two hours late. No meeting or personal communication with the doctor pre-or post surgery, even after a muscle twitch and significant facial laceration during surgery. EKG leads were left on him. Hopefully good work in the end, but very poorly run business. Front desk staff was kind and helpful however.
