Faith cleaned my teeth today and was so sweet and gentle and had great concern for my comfort. Dr Patrick was scheduled to put a crown on a recent root canal. He opted to wait until I saw Dr Shoemaker again due to sensitivity in that tooth. Even though the X-ray looked good he is more concerned with how that tooth will serve me later by being extra careful and not rushing the process. The gals at the front desk are a hoot! It’s fun just going to see them. When we first went & found out they had problems with our current insurance…. We changed insurance just so we could go to them!!! And we do not regret it at all. I, like many others, have lots of fear issues with Dentist. No more. They are great!!!! No sweating bullets to just think about making an appointment. 5 star all the way!!!!
I give this Dr. Hacker and his dentist office and A+. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. He is the most kind and humble doctor I’ve ever met. My oral surgery was over a year ago and I hardly ever post reviews. Dr. Hacker and his team would answer every question or concern I had before, during, and after my wisdom tooth extraction. I have never had a dentist that makes sure his patients have his cell number post surgery. He was literally at my fingertips and responded promptly. Being that my experience with this doctor was so pleasant, I made his office my new dental office. For years, I was told I had cavities by my old dentist office, which seemed to always increase in number year after year yet I refused fillings. I’m so glad I did!!!!! During my first dental exam with Dr. Hacker, I asked if I had any cavities, I WAS CLEARLY TOLD NO! This goes to show some doctors are only after money. I’m so glad I found Dr. Hacker and his AMAZING TEAM!
I have been a patient of Dr. Hacker for close to nine years.He and his staff are the most considerate and professional people you want to care for you. They are friendly, prompt, assist you with insurance filings, give good samples and help you with anything you need. I’ve had implants, crowns, fillings and cleanings so I know what kind of services they provide, the best!!! I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone.
By the will of up high I stumbled onto Dr. Hacker! I put off much needed dental work for many years. Because, my fear of bad dentists, their mess ups, and horrible with talking to patients! Dr. Hacker is a very compassionate, non judging, precise, efficient, respectful to all staff ( they really click together like a well oiled machine), very knowledgeable, and down to earth dentist and much more! They put me at ease knowing they truly care about their patients! I would highly recommend him to any one! My childhood fear of dentists are over. I had many crowns that were done beutifully! He is a great guy and does excellent work! Very happy I trusted his reviews!
These people are truly doing the work of the Lord. I had not been to the dentist since Obama was actively in office and have extreme dental anxiety. Melanie was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I had to go back for a two part cleaning and she made it a breeze each time. I truly can not say enough nice things about Melanie and the staff of Dr. Hacker’s office. Debbie that works up front is also such a gem
