My elderly father was able to make an appointment on late notice for a toothache first thing in the morning on Tuesday January 13. The staff was kind & patient with my father. The waiting room was highly comfortable & unexpectedly included a live palm tree, which is a rare sight in Western Washington. My father was provided a treatment plan, which was clearly explained. Initially a follow up appointment was scheduled for a week later for a tooth extraction. However, a time opened up later that same afternoon & we were able to come back to complete the procedure. The treatment & care my father received was highly appreciated & I would definitely recommend their services.
Had my first visit with Dr. Bath and I was happy and impressed with the total experience. Dr. Bath and his staff were caring and genuine. After several previous dentists that I wasn't happy with, I feel fortunate to have found Impressions Dentistry. Dr. Bath created a plan for some corrections and additional dental care that was all thoughtfully put together for my benefit. A wonderful dentist and staff that really seems to enjoy what they do. I loved their attitude!
From the moment I walked into the reception area until the end of my treatment, the entire team was incredibly helpful and friendly. I want to give a special shout-out to Dr. Bath and his assistant, Ms. Haley—they were both fantastic. I came in with a severe issue with my molar, and they handled it with expert care, providing me with the right advice and a perfect crown. What impressed me most was the follow-up call from Dr. Bath to see how I was doing—it shows they really care about their patients.Truly top-notch service. I'll definitely be back for my future dental needs!
Excellent customer service and very friendly team of supportive staff. State of the art equipment and explanation of every step. Dr. Bath makes you feel at ease, he is very knowledgeable and has the patients' expectations and goals always in the forefront of his mind. I am looking forward to reaching the goals I have for my own teeth from both a health and aesthetic perspective. Thank you all for a great first impression!
When I was younger, I had several tooth extractions, orthodontist work, and many more fairly traumatic experiences. I’ve developed an anxiety to dental work and I must commend Dr. Bath and his professional staff at Impressions Dentistry for being patient, understanding and caring. Though I’m still anxious, after having several appointments, each one has been a very positive experience. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!
