I just wanted to leave a review on the experience I had with this doctor, they handled my problem with urgency and efficiency. I came in about a month ago for a consultation about my wisdom teeth extraction and they explained every detail thoroughly and even re explained anything i was confused on. The day I actually received the extraction everyone handled me with care from the front desk to all the doctors, they mad me feel safe and calmed all my nerves simply by just making me feel welcomed i’ve never really had a procedure done like this and for it to be my first time i would highly recommend them. They managed to get the job done very quickly while also leaving no room for me to be worried or stress. The associate by the name D was very wonderful with helping me not worry about anything he also explained everything very well so i wouldn’t have any issues following up after the procedure. All in all I just wanted to say the whole team that I encountered was amazing!
Although I was terrified of going to the dentist and couldn’t sit still in the chair, Dr. Gesek handled it amazingly. He stayed calm, kept me reassured, and somehow managed to get all three root canals done in under 30 minutes. His assistant was so kind and comforting, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly. The office was also very clean and welcoming. They all took such great care of me — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I went there last week. I was referred by the Veterans Affairs. The office was crowded but that didn't bother me. I was called to the back within 5 mins of completing my paperwork. All the dental assistants were cool and made everything so easy. They were helpful yet with a laid back approach. Dr.Gesek was professional yet stern with his assistant. I would say he was that was to make the comfort level for me to remain high. I took no offense to it neither did the assistant. He made a suggestion and they followed. I knew I was getting a tooth pulled so of course it was going to be some pulling and tugging. I am not sure what other people expected when they went to get teeth pulled. It was quick no more than 5 minutes and he was done with the extraction. If you gettikg your tooth pulled for the 1st time you are going to feel some pulling and tugging but not pain. Post tooth extraction the assistant gave me all the post extraction instructions verbally then gave me the same instructions on paper.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The office charged for a service they were not supposed to and refused to refund the money. While there there were 2 other people that had billing issues and well. Dr. Gesek is rude to his staff and they also argue amongst themselves. That should have been a clue not to move forward. After the procedure My son advised he told Dr. Gesek the extraction procedure was still painful. He did not acknowledge him and my son said it as the most traumatic experience he has ever experienced. I will definitely not return and recommend no use them either.
Went in to have a tooth removed Dee was great very pleasant, great energy, setting the perfect atmosphere to have a procedure done. Doctor Gesek is fast and efficient. And the young lady at the front desk is also a very friendly and happy fast to see 7:30am. Great job team 👍
