I’m going to share my experience at this place. It hasn’t been completely bad, because the two assistants who have attended me during my appointments are super nice people. The doctor as well — the little contact I’ve had with him, he has been kind. Now, I had a very expensive procedure done at this place, which I’m still paying for. Of course, I went there because it was the place with the most reasonable price for the work. However, I live 3 and a half hours away from the office. When they finished the work, literally not even two months passed before I had to drive all the way back because the top part was literally falling off. I went, and they adjusted it. A couple of months passed, and for the second time the exact same thing happened again. I explained to the employee that I live 3 and a half hours away. I told her, “It’s not my fault this keeps happening. Could you at least talk to a manager so they can help with gas?” They told me they couldn’t and that they were very sorry. Long story short, I now have to go back for the same issue for about the fourth time. Of course, I also have to go for cleanings, but what disappoints me is that, knowing I’m a client who lives so far away, they are not willing to help in any way — whether with gas money or even by reducing the cleaning cost a little. It’s honestly very unfair that I’ve had to make all these unnecessary trips there, while I’m still paying for work that isn’t even fully paid off yet. I also have to continue my follow-up care there. I can’t go anywhere else for cleanings that may be closer or cheaper because I have a lifetime warranty on the work. And to keep that warranty valid, maintenance with them is required, so I have no choice but to continue going there. The office itself is not bad, nor is the doctor or the staff who have attended me. It’s just the lack of consideration that is really sad.

I heard and read a lot of positive things about this dental implant center and it’s been a very smooth process so far . Everyone is professional , caring and attentive. It was recommended , and my experience there has been very pleasant. The location is 40 minutes from my house so that’s convenient too . Their approach is top notch and very unique. Definitely a gem of a place where you can trust to be well taken cared for !
So far they have always been amazing. If they even think something needs to be checked out they set appointments which never happens with my medical. The temporary teeth are far superior to most places, they look like the real deal. Just really nice considerate people, even though I haven't always been. I honestly don't think I could have chosen a better dental office. I researched for the better part of three years and each time I go back I feel confident I'm in good care 😊
My wife had some dental trouble due to her upbringing. As her husband I knew we had to do something. Dental disease can lead to heart disease so I looked at her treatment as a preventative measure. Steven, Maria, and Dr. Burak were amazing with her care. Front desk staff Alexis and Lotti were always a joy to see when we’d arrive. James helped us secure the means to make this possible. The entire team is a godsend. They even gave me a cleaning. I will be ever grateful to In A Day Smile Dental Implant Center. It brings me much joy knowing my wife can smile with no worries.
