Excellent team. Initial consultation was concise and informative. They made sure I knew the plan and WHY. Their front office team verified my insurance, obtained pre authorization, and sent expected out of pocket costs in a timely manner. I was ~20 minutes early the day of my appointment and they brought me back within 10 minutes of arriving. I’m generally uneasy with needles, IVs, and dental work, but Dr. Davis and his team made it a pain free process. They answered all of my questions and concerns and sent me home with adequate post op instructions, along with my lovely teeth in a sealed bag. Dr. Davis personally followed up via phone call the day after to check my status and answer a few questions. Very appreciative of him and the rest of the staff. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
The staff were polite, helpful, and had the office running very productively. The Doctor who performed the procedure was excellent! He did a great job! There were no complications and healing went well with little to no pain. I am very happy with my decision on coming to this location. I would highly recommend this place.
Called first thing in the morning and asked if they would be able to do it cause I got a referral and they said they weren’t taking any new patients with my insurance and then I asked about my secondary insurance and they didn’t even know what it was called didn’t know my plan. Didn’t know my insurance company whatsoever and said no How are you going to turn a patient down for Not taking their insurance when you don’t know what insurance they’re going through
Having a sinus lift and jaw rebuild was absolutely terrifying to me. This is only the first surgery. Dr. Davis and his staff were so kind. And the nurse even held my hand while getting ready which meant the world to me. My care instructions were gone over with me before I left. My meds were at my pharmacy before I got home. I am now very confident in having part two done. I know I am in great hands.
Our 14 year old daughter just had her teeth extraction and exposure surgery with Dr. Phillip Montefalco, and we simply can’t sing his praises enough. The level of care we received from Dr. Montefalco, his surgery assistant Angie, and the entire office staff was impeccable from start to finish. Their kindness and ability to explain the procedure and post-op, and the surgery day in itself provided tremendous comfort—We are so thankful for the referral that led us here, and for the confidence in knowing that our daughter was in such great hands.
