I went in for my first appointment today. The office is well decorated. The waiting room furniture was comfortable. The inside temperature was perfect (less than 20* outside). I interacted with five individuals (from registration to check out) and each was polite and explained their role in my care. The dental hygienist explained what she would be doing before getting started, so there were no surprises. Dr. Patel was personable and professional. He shook my hand when he entered the room, introduced himself and explained the findings on my x-ray. He answered my questions and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was able to be seen within a week of contacting the practice for a consultation, and my treatment appointment is scheduled for one week out. The timing is appropriate for my needs. I will be happy to return next week for my treatment. Keep up the good work, all!
Dr Butt & Staff are EXCELLENT! I had to have two gum grafts and they were very kind, patient, and very understanding throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend them! They remembered my son and were always so kind to us when we came for my appointments. 🩷 I am truly thankful for their expertise and experience!
Went to my first appointment today with Dr. Patel at Indianapolis Periodontal in Noblesville today and had a very good appointment. I met Aubrey, Anya and Abbey in the office as well as Dr. Patel and felt a good rapport with all four individuals. They made the appointment work really well and I appreciate the care that was taken with making me feel comfortable and completely informed. Everyone did his or her job very efficiently and I feel as though I’ve chosen a good doctor to go to for an extraction and an implant.
If I could make this a 10 star review I would! Dr Patel and his team is by far the most kind and compassionate group of professionals that I have ever had treatment with!! If you have any dental anxiety or fear of treatment for any reason, do not hesitate to get the treatment that you need! I am 100% a forever fan/ raving fan!!! AMAZING!!
If I could I would give more than five stars. Everyone in the office are the nicest, kindest , most thoughtful people. I think one of there hiring specifications is kindness and a great sense of humor. Dr. Patel is very kind and personable. Kudos to this group.
