My first visit was today with Dr. Woodburn and family. I must say the moment I entered the office I felt a comfort of peace. The staff who I don’t know by name yet made me feel welcomed and important by checking on me to see if I was good and offering water while waiting for Dr Woodburn. The staff stayed in communication with me the whole visit. Dr Woodburn introduced himself and just from that I felt comfortable, Dr Woodburn was straight forward with my progress and outcome of my mouth. The staff is constantly communicating with the doctor so there’s no mistakes and I love that the most. If you have a question you don’t understand or just want to know , everyone will have an answer for you. You can’t go wrong with this family.
The front staff was very friendly and efficient. My hygienist Chris was ,as always, awesome in every way. She did a great job on the cleaning of my teeth. Doctor Woodburn has been my dentist for over 40 years. He has taken care of all my family’s needs with lots of care and knowledge of his profession. He is also a great asset to the greater community in volunteering his service to others.
I went in for my six month dental cleaning and, as usual, was very pleased with the service provided. My hygienist, Chris, complemented me on my teeth being so well taken care of. She expressed how she would love to have more patients with teeth like mine. Truth be told, Dr Woodburn and his staff are the reason my teeth are healthy and clean. Their attention to detail in every aspect along with their professionalism has made a lasting impression on me and my family. We are indebted to their wonderful care.
I love going to see Dr. Woodburn! Everyone is so friendly and personable. We all talk and laugh and have fun. His staff always makes sure I am comfortable including getting me a blanket if I need it. They answer any treatment questions I may have and are very knowledgeable. I always have a good experience every time I have an appointment. I love them all.
Dr Woodburn and his entire staff are wonderful! I drive 175 miles to come to this provider and will gladly continue to do so. I tried a dentist that was closer to my hometown area and realized quickly that was an error on my part. Dr Woodburn is very professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. His facility, staff and care are all excellent!
