It took us a while to find a dependable dentist in Opelika or Auburn, but ultimately we came across Innovation Family Dental in Auburn, AL (formerly O’Brian Dentist). The staff are incredibly professional. Teresa and Sandy at the reception desk, along with office manager Kelly, greet you warmly by name, show sincere interest, are friendly, and patiently answer any questions you may have. Dr. Donaghey, DMD, explains each procedure in advance and provides recommendations for any additional treatments if necessary. My husband and I have consistently received excellent service there.
The staff is awesome and very caring. I was waiting to be picked up after my appointment, I knew that my ride would be late picking me up prior to my appointment. The staff didn't want to leave me outside, and were willing to stay until my ride came. I assured them that I'd be fine. They finally left, but one of the employees came back because she couldn't take me being alone. There are still kind hearted people in this world and I can tell they love what the do. This not just a job for them, they are devoted.
My two favorite front desk staff Theresa and Sandy! They have great customer service. I always feel welcome and love their consistency. Dr Ford and Katelyn is also amazing! The whole crew is awesome!🫶
Very efficiently run medical office. The hygienist are extremely good. They always seem to know what they’re doing and are well educated by Dr. Ford on procedure very sweet and upbeat. The ladies at the front desk have been there for a while and know exactly what they are doing and are also very sweet and kind and very knowledgeable of their jobs. Good job doctor Ford. Keep up the good work. I would grade the overall experience as an A!!!
Really have enjoyed my experience here, became a patient Nov 2024, my three cleanings have been good and my one cavity experience was as good as good be expected as well.
