If there was an option for a zero star that’s what I’d give. It was a horrible experience compared to my first procedure with Dr. Livesay. Let’s just say it’s gone down hill. It seems like there is More interest in getting as many patients seen rather than being concerned about patient care. I'm writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent wisdom teeth removal procedure. Despite clearly communicating to the front desk personnel and the young lady prepping me for surgery that I wish to keep my teeth for stem cell preservation, they were discarded into a bin with rest of the teeth, with no way to know which ones were mine. All I got was a sorry that didn’t feel very sincere. Also the lack of post-op communication and follow-up care was also very concerning. Dr. Livesay never came back to talk to me about the procedure and never called to check on me post surgery like he has in the past. Additionally, I had sharp tooth fragments emerging weeks later, suggesting that an X-ray wasn’t done after surgery to make sure that all teeth fragments were removed. I hope they can understand my frustration and take steps to improve patient care, honor patient requests and do better communicating post surgery.
Dr. Livesay and staff were excellent and very professional! No issues or problems from the very beginning to end! I was very well informed of what to expect from pre op to post op! I enjoyed the videos and explanations on line, they helped very much! I would highly recommend them for anyone needing any type of oral surgery' I had one tooth surgically removed, one extracted and an implant. Extremely satisfied! Please don't hesitate if you need an oral surgeon! They are top notch!
I was referred to Innovative Oral Surgery & Dental by my dentist for a tooth extraction. I was hesitant at first about having this done, but Dr. Livesay and his staff were wonderful. Paula made me feel so comfortable and answered all the questions that I had prior to extraction day. Extraction day came and everything went smoothly. I was told exactly what Dr. Livesay was doing each step of the way. Very professional office. I would definitely recommend him, and his staff.
Innovative Oral Surgery is very professional and helpful. My procedure went really well. Afterwards, Dr. Livesay called me to follow up on how I was doing, and if I had any questions - which I really liked. I was pleasantly surprised how little pain I experienced after the procedure. Many thanks to a great team!!!
Friendly staff, godd experience. Dr Livesay is great, he personally called at night to check on our Grandson's well-being. Would recommend them to everyone. Procedure was wisdom teeth removal.
