It was my first visit and I was nervous. Pueblo has a shortage of health care professionals because only 45 minutes north the salaries and scenery are better. Boy was I surprised. Integrity Dental is a class act. They are the gold standard for professional skill and personal friendliness. I know you will remember me. I was the 67 yr old man using humor to mask my nervousness. I could barely sleep last night. I went in and they saw me right away. Everyone was friendly. Dr Thomas answered my questions thoroughly. The experience was on point. In fact, even though he gave me a couple of prescriptions and scheduled an appointment no real work had been done and yet I felt better by the time I left.
Outstanding experience here. Clean and sterile environment, everyone from the reception to the doctor were courteous and professional. Doctor Thomas was informative and his experience is tangible, what would have taken an hour or two anywhere else took maybe 5-10 minutes (!) to finish my filling. No pain or even soreness, he was very careful but precise and did an excellent job. I was very impressed. Would highly recommend this practice for anyone needing dental work. Well done Integrity, you very much live up to your name!
I wouldn't go anywhere else! I always make sure that my insurance is in there network, or I look for an insurance they take. Sam has been my technician for two years now, and I love how she takes time with me, she is a 10 star technician!! She gives me the best advice in caring for my teeth between appointments, and always makes me feel comfortable and answers any concerns I have.
