I just left this dental lab for a consultation on color. I’m blown away, super impressed by Juan. He was kind, pleasant, patient with me, and extraordinarily knowledgeable, experienced, and educational. He taught me about the issues I’ve been having, explained all the whys, made suggestions on how to get the look I’ve been trying to achieve for years, since my 4 front teeth were damaged in 1993. It’s been a years long process of trying to get crowns done - right. I’ve been to 3 dentists in 4 years. Now I’m at Shore Smiles with Dr. Mullen, and combining Dr. Mullin with Juan, who should be called “the Crown Doctor,” is the perfect combination to get this stressful process done right - finally. I’m so grateful that this dentist office sent me to this lab! If you need crowns, veneers, gaps repaired, dental work that requires a lab, ask your dentist to use this lab, or, if you don’t have a (great) dentist, go to Shore Smiles and ask Dr. Mullin to use this lab. To Juan at Key Element Dental Lab, thank you so very much for taking time out of your busy morning to work with me, teach me, help me, and give me advice. Thank you, thank you, thank you. P.S. I will come back to this review post photos after I get this crown. It’s the 4th and the other 3 were from somewhere else, but Aspen Dental in Suffolk couldn’t get the 4th crown right and did not even care to try. So, I’ll post the 4th crown and the overall look of all my teeth after there’s something to show because right now it’s still just a temporary in office crown - better each step of the process. P.S. My dental work is done and I just want to send an extra special HUGE THANK YOU to Juan and my crown artist for the magical miracle of this EXCEPTIONAL work they’ve done. Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times with a MILLION STARS!!!!!!
High quality dental lab! My office has been working with Juan for several years and he never disappoints. Juan is very responsive to all of our requests and always returns beautiful, life-like restorations. He understands occlusion and esthetics and makes delivery easy for me and my patients. I am so glad to have found Key Element. They actually found me! I never knew it was possible to have implant restorations and veneers that were a drop in fit. I always blamed myself, but somehow they make everything fit and look good!
