had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The entire team is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. The staff takes the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. They even have a comfy menu to make you more comfortable if you ask a staff member!
It had been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist due to dental anxiety. The team here made me so comfortable! It was a little scary to get some news I expected after not seeing a dentist for a very long time, but the tea. laid out everything they could do and didn’t pressure me to start right then. I look forward to continuing getting care here!
Every person was super nice and Eloise the hygienist was fantastic! Also Ashleigh/Ashley/Ashlee was wonderful, made Xrays so fast and the gentlemen up front who runs the patient experience side was super kind, nice and knowledgeable. He also gave a run down of all charges before we booked the next and what to expect. I'm not nervous for my next visit which is a testament to them. Dr. Karr was really great too. Thank you all!
Was in terrible pain with a wisdom tooth. Waited for appointment did xrays then got told there is a min of 3 teeth to be pulled for Dentist to do it. Complete waste of my time and I was not happy. Then took them 12 days to get my referral sent over. The place they sent referral to confirmed the day they received it. Will never go back and will not send anyone to them.
I had a dental emergency and was in unbearable pain. Iowa Street Dental Group got me in within 15 minutes, even though I had not previously been a patient. Nicole treated me today; I feel confident that her work was done properly and thoroughly. I was very appreciative of how thorough she was. Nicole’s skills and in-depth knowledge, along with her excellent bedside manner, were very much appreciated. She saved me from other unnecessary dental visits. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
