My experience with Irby Dentistry over the past two years has been great. I've seen both dentists and had positive experiences. When I had a filling start coming out (from a previous dentist), I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The dental hygient I see, Merry, has been incredibly helpful to me. She has given me tips and strategies to improve my dental health, and they have made a big difference! I only wish I would have had a dental hygienist like her earlier in my life!
This dentist office was very professional and extremely helpful and very convenient! My son had impacted wisdom teeth that flared up on a weekend and Dr Irby called me back after hours on a Friday evening and met us in the office on a Saturday. We were not even established patients, and he came in to help on a Saturday. I don't know why there are not more considerate and responsive dentist in the area but he definitely is one! I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for what he did for my family. He did a very thorough job of explaining everything that was going to happen and walked us through it all. Thank you again Dr. David Irby! You will not be forgotten and I'm sure we will see you again but hopefully now as established patients :)
Dr irby is THE best dentist I’ve ever been to. The ONLY dentist in Roanoke that worked me in to see me when I had never been seen before when I needed a root canal. Anyone else in Roanoke said it would be months before I could get in. He even called after hours to check in on me and my pain. Since then, I’ve had to come in for another urgent situation, and they got me in the same day. His staff is great as well. Couldn’t recommend more!!!
Irby Dentistry is exactly what I was looking for in a dental experience. From the moment the phone was answered to schedule an initial appointment, the friendly staff we already making me feel welcomed. Ashley did an outstanding job taking the time to listen to my concerns, providing compassionate care, and making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Dr. Williams showed genuine interest in my concerns and treatment, and he provided all of the assistance necessary to get my dental goals moving forward. I am very grateful to have found a new dental office for my needs, one that puts the patients first every step of the way!
I have had several great experiences with both Dr. Williams and Dr Irby. Lisa has been amazing. Each member of the team has always made me feel welcome, answered any questions I have had and helped me understand ways to properly manage my oral health. I have and will continue to highly recommend this exceptional team!
