Honestly this was the BEST dental experience I have ever had. After dealing with a tooth infection for over three weeks and being repeatedly pushed off because I didn’t want a root canal and no one felt “comfortable extracting” I was finally referred to Dr. J and I cannot express how grateful I am that I was. From the first phone call, to the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcomed, calm, and genuinely cared for. Dr. J was, without exaggeration, the kindest and most compassionate dentist I have ever encountered. His bedside manner was exceptional!! He is patient, reassuring, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly attentive. I am beyond thankful for this team. If you’re anxious, in pain, or just want to be treated like a human being, this is absolutely the place to go. I can’t recommend them enough, such a breath of fresh air after what I went through.

My very first visit at jsmiles and I must say that from the time I walked in to the end of my visit the receptionist was so very pleasant to the meeting of Dr. Roc and the Nurse Melissa. Dr. Roc came in and explained the whole process along with the healing process. He made me feel right at home and made me feel comfortable. My nurse Melissa was a very big help explaining to me the cost of the procedure and explain to me ways of how financial help could help me through this process. She also made me feel right at home. The office has that right at home atmosphere and they make you feel so welcomed. My advice to anyone is if your thinking about implants or dentures please check out jsmiles. You will not be sorry!
