My experience with Jackson Oral and Facial Surgery was very pleasant. The office is run like a well-oiled machine. The staff and nurses were personable and made me feel comfortable and at ease about my procedure. Dr. Mills was thorough in reviewing my medical history and explained the anesthesia and procedure in easy-to-understand terms. He was also very personable. This will be my go-to office for any future oral surgeries. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them.
Dr Cook and the entire staff are amazing! They are so kind and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I had no pain after the procedure and was sent home with pain meds and they kept a check on me. I'd definitely use them again!
I was seen for tmj issues. Dr. Cook helped explain the steps and helped guide me through what to expect. Dr Duckworth performed artheocentesis and staff was very kind to check on my progress. Thankful for a smooth procedure. The only reason for four stars was I had some difficulty scheduling an mri due to poor quality of faxing quality of the order. It took the staff of my imaging company a few attempts to get a readable order. Otherwise, everything went well. Thank you for your care and concern. Nurse Jane was very sweet.
I had two bad teeth extracted Wednesday by Dr Cook the overall experience was great, lovely nurses and amazing surgeons. I have a sinus tachycardia caused by stress and anxiety mostly and when my heart decided it wanted to go fast for no reason at all they did amazing at reassuring me and calming me down. They also got me in quickly just to get my teeth pulled my consultation was last week and this week my two teeth were removed. I’ll continue to use this amazing facility for all my dental surgeries. I’d give them a 100/100 rating every single time.
I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The staff was very reassuring and kind. I had never been there before, and did not happen to know the surgeon either. I was assured that they would do a great job. Almost no swelling happened for me, and very minor pain. Overall, wonderful service and adequate treatment. Definitely recommend Dr. Cook.
