I had a wisdom tooth extraction along with a torus removal, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. I had no pain during the procedure and little to no pain afterward, which truly exceeded my expectations. The surgeon took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered my questions, and maintained a very professional and reassuring approach throughout. The office staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — they made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire visit. I especially appreciated that the surgeon provided his personal phone number in case of questions or complications. That level of care and accessibility speaks volumes about his commitment to his patients. Overall, the environment was friendly, professional, and supportive. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.
My husband had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jackson Oral Surgery. He went in for a consultation and was able to have his wisdom teeth removed the same day, which was incredibly convenient. The entire team was professional, kind, and made him feel completely at ease from start to finish. What truly set them apart, though, was how they treated our daughter. She was very curious and interested in the procedure, and they safely allowed her to observe the entire process. They went above and beyond to include her, explain what was happening, and even made her feel important and involved during his follow-up visit. That level of thoughtfulness and care meant so much to both of us. His recovery was incredibly smooth, and they walked him through every step of the process so he always knew what to expect. Dr Jackson and his staff are amazing. Always professional and caring and concerned about your comfort. Explaining and providing information ahead of time as to what to expect, during procedure and after. Just a phone call away should you need anything.
