Amazing experience at Jackson Smiles! Dr. Patel took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. The clinic is clearly very well run--Dr. Patel switches between patients seamlessly without ever making you feel rushed. He’s a great communicator, and when it came time for my procedures, he handled everything with so much gentleness and care. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I was especially lucky to have Carla as my RDA; I could truly feel that she was looking out for me and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend this office! ❤️
Thanks for having the parking area clean of snow and ice. My cleaning was actually enjoyable. Love the heated massaging chair. Great music. Very relaxing. Pain free and gentle cleaning. Love, love, love the entire staff. Very clean rooms. I would give y’all 25 stars +
Dr Patel has been incredible! His candor and human professionalism has been a breath of fresh air. He's a straight shooter that will do what he can to work with you, his staff are kind and will remember your name and he does fast, quality work. I need a lot of work done and dental work is never cheap and can be scary. Dr Patel is gentle, walks you through each process, takes time to explain and isn't going to "sugar coat" to get your business. I would highly recommend to anyone who values honesty in practice over fluff. 5 stars.
My experience was nothing short of awesome! I never felt the first ounce of pain at all. I had four teeth removed, surgically and non-surgically and my mouth wasn't savagely cut or abused in any way. My healing and recovery has been very easy and efficient praise God😄 Dr Patel and his team have been very pleasant and courteous through the whole process!
Wonderful experience!!!! Dr.Patel is gentle and kind, he also explained everything well. My teeth were broken and in really bad shape. I now have a beautiful smile, and could not be happier. The rest of the staff was great too!! It honestly boosted my confidence and self esteem so much just to be able to smile again and not be embarrassed by my teeth! Cannot thank them enough. I live in Missouri and drove to Tennessee to see this dentist, because he had done such great work on family members. It was worth the drive!!!
