Dr Chrisman has done plenty of work on members of my family of 8 and not one time have we had issues! Even after hours and after surgeries, they are quick and ready to meet every need with emergency needs. Highly recommend them! From the time we walked through the doors, during surgery and waiting periods after surgery, we were treated with such care.

Was not very pleased with my visit on the 25th of February, 2019. I arrived almost 40 minutes early for my 10:30 am surgery. My mother’s insurance had been in file so I all I had to do was show them the card. They wouldn’t look in their computer for the ID number on the card so I had to wait for 15 minutes on the phone with my moms work to get ahold of her when they had the number the entire time. They also decided to remove an additional tooth in my hard pallet after being told by my local dentist that only 3 teeth would have to be pulled. At the end I have stitches in my mouth that will eventually dissolve, but they forgot to realign my wire at the end of my braces causing it to hit my lip and cause a sore ,that I had to revisit a local dentist to make sure it did not hit my lip in the first place. Enthused I will not have to revsisit any oral surgeon ever again.

After reading the other reviews I wondered if the only people that report their experience are the ones that perhaps were just having a bad day. Sometimes emergencies come up causing a backlog in appointments. Emergencies are not scheduled. I have had plenty of services done with Dr.J.L. Chrisman. Dr. Chrisman, and his staff, has been nothing but compassionate and professional through out. He has always been available through out my surgeries and never gave me the impression it was a bother, when ever I need oral surgery I would not think of anyone else to go to.
