Excellent customer service, outstanding team of professionals who took care of me from the moment I called. I needed a cracked tooth pulled. They explained what the procedure was, set up the appointment and next day had me in. They accommodated all my requests for the treatment (as I do not do well with dental procedures) And, when there was a challenge with my referral, each of Dr. Lee’s teammates who was working with my needs, stopped what they were busy doing, thought through a solution and got me in their office next day to relieve the pain and extract the tooth. The process was smooth, the hygienist and other support staff were very knowledgeable and talked me through everything they were about to do. They applied care to my pain and ensured me I would be fine. The procedure required pain meds initially and for the first time in my years of care, this dentist got it right in the nerves so I felt NO PAIN when the extraction began. They pulled the tooth, had a bone graph ready with a little blood draw they took from me before starting. Total time: 68 mins for the whole process. No pain and I’m home resting comfy. I only took away a star because it was pricey even with my insurance. I get it’s hard to have a business these days and lots to employ, but for 1 tooth, it was well over a grand. So, ….it was worth it to not have pain and have great care from true professionals who do go the extra mile, but you need a second job to afford this great care. Excellent all around. But expensive.
Having a dentist practice of this level in a place as small as Juneau is a true godsend. I needed to have hip surgery so I needed a dental clearance. I knew that it would be hard to find a dentist on short notice, especially a top rated one. I went to Dr. Lee's office and the lady in charge of scheduling hooked me up with an appointment in a week. This was very important because I needed that dental clearance ASAP. THE DENTAL HYGIENIST WAS THE BEST I'D EVER HAD!!! She was amazing! The deep cleaning she did on me was extremely thorough and and I had almost zero discomfort. I came back the next week for a small filling, and that was a great experience as well. I got my clearance, and I recieved my hip replacement 2 weeks later. I'm now on the way to recovery and full mobility again which means everything to me. I can't thank the people at Dr. Lee's practice enough. I had had a bad experience at a dentist prior, so I had a lot of trepidation going into this. If you have any fear of going to the dentist, you should put those fears aside and go see Dr. Lee and his associates, they'll take good care of you. I told my hygienist that the cleaning was like a tooth massage and in the end it was very relaxing. She probably thinks I'm crazy but I was serious. As a matter of fact, I look forward to my next appointment there.
This is a great dentist! Really listened and narrowed down the cause of my gingivitis and other dental issues and helped me to improve my dental health. My teeth feel and look so much healthier! On top of that, very good with helping me coordinate all my appointments with my insurance plan so that I could afford them. Thanks to all the staff and hygienists and doctors Lee and Sanbei, who both do wonderful dental work!
This is the best dental experience I have had. The staff, doctors, and dentists are friendly and work with their patients to improve dental health. Its a technically advanced practice and I have always felt at ease anytime I go in for an appointment. 5+ stars!
You should give bonuses for great personalities! Makes tooth abuse even pleasant. DonGotschall
