I just want to say that I cannot thank Dr, Russell and Dr. Mcree enough for my new smile. It has been truly life changing. From the moment I stepped into Jax implants and dentures I felt comfortable and seen. For once a dentist that actually listened to my concerns and trauma regarding my oral health/ teeth. Every appointment I was made to feel as comfortable as possible and they talked me thru every question/ concern I had. This was my first visit to Jax Dental Implant in Jacksonville, Florida, and I was referred to this practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional and welcoming. During my initial appointment, a 3D X-ray was completed, and the treatment plan and expectations were explained clearly and thoroughly. The entire process was seamless. I was especially impressed by the level of care and attention to detail, particularly since this was not my first dental implant experience.
