I've been going to Dr. Bacon for almost three years now and I have been impressed and relaxed by the competence and confidence of all the staff. My dental hygienist is Angel; she is gentle and thorough on the cleaning. She also is very nice and personable. I always feel like I'm getting great personal service, and the staff remembers me every time. Dr. Bacon is great and steady on the drill also. I've had a few fillings over the years, and they have never hurt me and have been scheduled and completed expeditiously. The dental assistant Leslie is also very nice. For my most recent filling, I showed up 30 minutes early and got to sit straight into the dentist chair. This is quite a rarity in the dental world. No wait at all. Even the music was relaxing, and included classics from the 60s and 70s. To top it all off they are moving to a great new office in the next 6 to 12 months. Keep up the good work everybody.
My family has recently started going to Dr Bacon for our dental needs and we have had nothing but good experiences with him. He is very gentle and nice to talk to, and he listens!! His prices are fair and he always keeps in mind the insurance situation with his patients which I appreciate. The overall environment of the office is fabulous and he treats his employees and patients with respect. I would highly recommend him and his practice.
I recently went to Dr. Bacon & Dr. Peters office for basic teeth cleaning. Angel was my hygienist and It was a great experience. She provided important information about my dental health and helped me learn a new technique on flossing. Angel was terrific, warm, and kind. She treated me like a person and not just a patient. The ladies in the front office were helpful and genuinely pleasant. I got the pleasure of meeting both Dr. Bacon and Dr. Peters and they were both through, kind, and interested in what was important to me as well as my teeth. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
I am not a big fan of going to the dentist and I'm sure I'm not alone!. However, my 4 visits rate as the best dental experiences I have ever had. I was a new patient but at no time was I ever made to feel anything other than someone they were welcoming back. The office staff is warm and friendly, my hygienist was very knowledgeable, and Dr. Bacon and his assistants were friendly and skilled. Absolutely the easiest stress free dental visits ever. I now consider Dr. Bacon's dental practice my personal one.
I have been to Dr. Eric Peters on a few occasions now, and I plan to be his patient for life! When I walked into Dr. Bacon and Dr. Peters office, it was an incredibly inviting environment, and the women at the desk were very warm and welcoming. Their office downtown was beautiful and newly remodeled. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. The dental assistant Erica, had a wonderful chair side manner, and made me feel very comfortable. When Dr. Peters treated me, he was incredibly friendly and was always making sure I was comfortable and in no pain. He was also very honest with what needed to be done, so I could spend the minimal amount of money. In the past, I had a dentist who has me do dental work that didn't need to be done, but I could tell that Dr. Peters is an ethical man who I trust. I left the office very grateful and will be telling all my friends to go to Dr. Peters!
