I had to make an appointment with Dr Potter for an extraction of a tooth that had previously had a root canal several years ago. At this point the root of the tooth had cracked and it needed to come out. They got me scheduled fairly quickly and today was the day. Not to go into too much detail, but it was a bit of a challenge (especially for me!) What I liked so much was how personable both Dr Potter and his assistant were (I knew her from previous dental appointments). From comparing school stories while waiting for the anesthesia to take hold to making small jokes during the procedure itself—they both helped to keep me relatively calm! Dr Potter has a way of chatting with you that makes you feel more at ease. Hope I don’t need another extraction, but if I do, I know where to go!
I’m happy with Dr. Potter’s work. I have bone losses and need 5 teeth extracted. He did great job.
Dr. Potter and his staff are wonderful. They did a thorough examination of my gums and explained in detail the available treatments for my issue.
Dr. Potter is absolutely the best there is!! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and even more skilled with his procedures. I highly recommend.
