I started going to Johnson City Smiles in 2024 as an emergency visit. Dr. Damron is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to save an upper molar from needing a root canal as the tooth decay was pretty advanced. He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing every step of the way. My hygienist Kim Richardson is also wonderful, she listens to all of your concerns and works with you very well. She's thorough and gentle with the cleanings and makes sure it's done properly before you leave your chair. All the secretaries at the front desk have also been very professional and polite. I love how Dr. Damron has made sure to set up the waiting room to make you as comfortable as possible with relaxing music and refreshments. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy dentist, as it can be quite difficult to find the right one.
My visits to Johnson City Smiles have been way above my expectations. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Qualls was upbeat and informative and supportive. It’s a place where one can get excellent care and advice.
I'm moving to Tennessee from Florida, but just got here. I had to find a dentist ASAP with great reviews. I found this doctor, very nice, informative and took care of my issue. Didn't have to wait long at all. Front desk lady was very lovely and helpful. Quian, the assistant was amazing, easy to talk too, very caring. This was my first doctor here, and I will say, I was blessed to find them. I will continue my dental care with them. Very happy with their services, customer service a 10 plus and very caring doctor! The entire process was professional and painless. I love the atmosphere of the office—the team really makes you feel comfortable. This is officially my go-to dentist now. Very friendly staff! They also explain everything they are doing. Very nicely decorated, as well as coffee, tea and seltzers in the waiting room.
