TLTR summary: if you need an extraction, or any serious oral surgery, come here asap don’t wait. From front staff to doctors everyone is world class, professional and kind. So I workout and take care of my body as I was pro athlete but I sadly neglected my teeth. I had failed root canal and my family members had several bad experiences at several dentists in the area, so in sum, as big and tough I am, I was worried….since I been around serious complications. I found Dr Johnson and scheduled an appointment! Since the phone call, they were amazing. 1. Phone and front desk super professional and quick, clear and responsive 2. The team member that takes x rays and onboards super clear, professional and detailed 3. Dr Johnson amazing, kind, and talented. No bs selling and some rando talks, to the point but very detailed. A+ person and doctor 4. Dr Robinson I knew she was from Mayo and I have friends work there, so I expected good stuff. However, she is beyond goated. Idk how she did my IV but man, never saw anything like it. Skill, patience and truly elite. No words….A+ 5. Office is clean, has great decor and tech is up to date (machines chairs) 6. The financial office was amazing and they made Insurance game easy 7. Parking is clear and nice as well 8. Lobby is comfy and nice 9. Wait is minimal No words, I am blessed to find this place after many failed searches. Big thanks!
Had my consultation with the Doctor when I got my referral from west davis dental which was very quick and easy to understand. I was treated with respect and gentle care by the staff and the financial advisor I spoke with made my plan easy for me to understand as well. This place and the staff that work there are the best. 5 stars
I had such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed! Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and professional. I was nervous about having all four taken out at first, but after meeting Dr. Johnson and his team, i went into the procedure feeling at peace. I also appreciated the follow up afterward to check on how I was doing. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed!!
My daughter had a tooth removed by Dr Johnson and his team and we were both so impressed. The facility is superbly run and my daughter, who is terrified by needles, was treated so nicely and got her IV without any issues. Dr Johnson is so kind and the staff really cares about their patients!
I had a front tooth implant done here and the experience was outstanding. Dr. Johnson was incredibly thorough and genuinely caring. I’m someone who is very anxious about dental work, and I have never felt this calm or comfortable with any dentist before. The staff is wonderful, supportive, and kind. I highly recommend this practice. I only wish Dr. Johnson practiced general dentistry, because I’d go to him for everything.
